Our Story

1932 Wash House started with a simple idea, bring new life to a place that had been part of the neighborhood for decades.

When we took over in May 2025, the laundromat had seen better days—but we saw its potential. We didn’t just want to upgrade machines or extend hours (though we did that too); we wanted to create a space that felt like it belonged to the community again. A place that’s clean, comfortable, and welcoming—where doing laundry isn’t a chore, but a small part of your routine that feels easy, even a little enjoyable.
